GENERAL INFORMATION
PRODUCTION TIME
Normal production time is 3 to 4 working days after written purchase order is received and proof has been approved. Production time may vary with the season or the product being produced.
RUSH SERVICE
Rush service is almost always available. Depending on the product and special situation. Contact the factory as the charges may vary with different product.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders must be received in writing. Via FAX / EMAIL. All orders will be acknowledged by the same day or the following day. Please verify all the information is correct on the acknowledgment before you sign off on it.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our systems are setup to ship via UPS. But if another carrier is preferred, we also ship with FED EX, and USPS. Be sure to request an alternate carrier if applicable.
APPLICABLE FEES
For button orders, setup charges vary depending on the particulars of your order. Minimum art charge is $10.00. For orders with two or more designs per order, there is an $8.00 copy change per design.
